Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used perfumes.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Gift cards.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@aromasofelamin.org.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
